We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. This means you can test out your new breathing trainer for up to 30 days, and in case you want to return the product, you can get a refund by requesting a refund within 30 days of delivery/collection.

If you want to return any other product besides our breathing trainers, this is possible by requesting a refund within 30 days of delivery/ collection.

Please note, that we do not accept mouthpieces returned if the seal is broken or tampered with due to hygiene reasons.

Digital products
Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. If the purchased product is a downloadable file, it is your obligation to keep and store this at your own risk.

How to:

If you wish to return the product, fill out our PRA form here and send it to [email protected]. Please remember that the product must be returned clean with accessories, and manuals received. You will receive a product return instruction email within 4 business days. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method when we have processed your return. Remember to never ship the product to us without approval from Airofit Customer Service.

If you bought an Airofit breathing trainer at retail or online stores:
The trainers purchased at retail or online stores must be returned where you purchased them. Return policies may vary.

You need to return the order to the address provided. We DO NOT accept returns delivered to a parcel shop or pick-up point. We recommend you choose an insured shipping option that provides tracking.

Responsibility:
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! Also, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Please note, it is your responsibility to pay for the return.
