“Airofit helps me get control of my breathing, especially when I have to train hard or for competitions. In addition, I am free from chest pain after a punctured lung a few years ago!”

Maintain control despite fatigue

Airofit helps strengthen your diaphragm so you can breathe more effectively and get more oxygen even in the riding position, which usually would limit the lung capacity dramatically.

Better endurance during long races

By training the flexibility of the diaphragm and thorax joints, you increase your vital capacity. You can inhale more air at once, reduce breathing rate and preserve energy – especially during swimming.

Perform when it counts the most

Boosts your anaerobic threshold and prolong the period you can perform at maximum power output, giving you the crucial competitive edge during high intensity performance.

What is Airofit?

Airofit is a respiratory training system that improves your physical performance, as well as general wellbeing through tested breathing exercises.

Whether you’re an athlete, suffer from health issues or simply want to improve your quality of life, Airofit is for you.

Airofit generates resistance on your respiratory muscles. This causes fatigue, which is then compensated by muscle tissue growth, making your breathing muscles faster, stronger and more efficient – just like any other muscle group.

How does it work?

The Airofit Breathing Trainer provides adjustable airflow resistance to your respiratory muscles. It measures your breathing volumes and strength and sends data to your Virtual Breathing Coach on your smartphone.

Airofit is designed to be used separately from training and other physical activity. This means that you can use Airofit in any free moment – before bed, at work, after a gym session or whatever suits you best.

What does the app do?

Airofit mobile app acts as a virtual breathing coach, giving you a personalized training program based on your selected focus area, as well as your baseline lung function measurement.

It then considers your data, your age, size and gender to tailor each training session. The app gives you live feedback and ensures all exercises are performed correctly.

Your training data is stored in your account which gives you an overview of your training progress over time.

Compatible with iOS and Android.

Training without data is guessing!

Triathlon is at a modern-day crossroads. Those not embracing and mastering data-driven training will inevitably get left behind by their data-savvy competitors.

Respiratory data on your vital lung capacity – respiratory strength – breath control – aerobic and anaerobic thresholds just got added to the game.

Know your numbers – train to win!
