Do I need the paid membership to use the app?

Not at all. The app is free to download and can be used for free.
However, purchasing our paid membership gives you access to additional features!

I accidentally signed up for the membership. How do I cancel it?

To cancel your subscription, you will have to proceed to your account settings within either the Google Play Store or the App Store.

What is the difference between the Pro Premium and Free app?

The Free App includes access to 4 essential training sessions, 30 days of training data, and lung function measurement.  

With the Essential Plus subscription, you will receive access to: 

  • Personalized daily training plan based on the selected improvement focus area  
  • Access to all 17 training sessions 
  • Advanced statistics with peer comparison
